Become a Hybridfest Volunteer!
To make the Hybridfest experience even more personal, we are looking for volunteers just like you! If you'd like to help, take a look at the volunteer opportunities available.

Registration/Info Booth: Greet and check-in registrants and provide Hybridfest info. Two hour commitment.
Dinner Greeter: Greet and check-in Dinner Guests. One hour commitment.
Talk to a Hybrid Owner (Owner of the Hour): Every hour there will be one owner designated as “Owner of the Hour” who is willing to answer any questions about their hybrid. One hour commitment.
MPG Challenge Stager/Coordinator: Direct cars to start area. Explain rules and route. Two hour commitment.
MPG Challenge Stats Keeper: Enter time, mpg, etc. from returning people. Two hour commitment.
Hybrid Car Show Stager: Direct cars to open spaces and to/from MPG staging area. Two hour commitment.
Indoor Sessions Greeter: Greet people, check for Hybridfest Lanyards, check on room. One hour commitment.
General Hybrid Information Sessions Attendant: Greet people, announce speakers, report any problems to registration tent. Two hour commitment.
"How To" session leader: Present a hybrid-car-related "how to" topic of your choice to other hybrid owners. 15 - 30 minute commitment.
